Runly Captain
You drive our vehicle. We pay for the car, the fuel, the insurance and the maintenance.
Fixed shift, fixed monthly pay, with PF and ESI. No EMI on your shoulders, no fuel risk, and no driving at midnight to make the month work. Between the school runs you do errands nearby rather than sitting idle.
You will need a valid commercial licence, a few years of driving behind you, and to live within reach of the community you serve.
Runly Associate
Errands and household help within walking distance of home. No vehicle needed and no money to put in.
Choose your hours. Paid per job. Work in the community you already live in or beside. If you cannot or do not want to drive, this is the role — and it is most of the work we have.
You will need a smartphone, an address in or near the community, and to pass the same four checks everyone does.
No joining fee. No deposit. No onboarding charge. Not now, not ever. Anyone asking you for money to join Runly is not from Runly.

We meet in person
With the coordinator you would actually work alongside, in the community itself.
The four checks
Police, address, two references. We pay for all of it.
A first shift
Alongside someone experienced, before you take bookings on your own.
Because the alternative does not work.
The usual arrangement asks a driver to buy a vehicle, service the loan, buy the fuel, and absorb every empty hour. Then it calls that flexibility.
We would rather carry those costs and ask for reliability in return. It is more expensive for us and considerably better for the household on the other end.
